This role is 100% gynecology, with no obstetrics, providing office-based evaluation and procedural care alongside our surgical gynecologists.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an APP with solid gynecology experience - a Women's Health NP certification is a plus, but not required if you have equivalent hands-on gyn experience as an NP or PA.

Day-to-day, you'll be seeing patients independently and managing:

  • Well woman exams
  • Evaluation and treatment of abnormal/irregular uterine bleeding
  • Management of PCOS and other menstrual disorders
  • Colposcopy and biopsy, including endometrial and vulvar biopsy

  • Evaluation and treatment of STIs
  • Pessary fitting, removal, and cleaning
  • Urinary incontinence evaluation
  • Infertility counseling
  • Minor in-office procedures (e.g., polypectomy, skin tag excision, treatment of condyloma)

Prior experience with colposcopy and office-based procedures is important.

Comfort with IUD/Nexplanon placement and biopsy procedures is expected from day one.

Practice Highlights

  • 100% gynecology - no obstetrics
  • Full-time, office-based role supporting a busy surgical gynecology practice
  • Collaborative team including physicians, experienced clinical support staff, and administrative staff
  • Established patient base with strong referral volume
  • Physician-led practice environment with clinical autonomy

Qualifications

  • Active NP or PA license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)
  • Certification as a Women's Health NP, FNP, or PA with demonstrated gynecology experience
  • Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Colposcopy training/certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (specifics provided during interview process)
  • 6 weeks paid time off
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
  • Retirement plan, CME allowance, licensure, and DEA registration covered
  • Relocation assistance available (amount discussed during offer stage)
