Job description

Digital Media Manager

Summary/Objective

The BRANDT Digital Media Manager will oversee and maintain BRANDTโ€™s digital marketing and communications efforts across digital platforms including websites, mobile applications, digital advertising, social media, video, and other channels. This position will work closely with internal teams, external agencies (as needed), and company leadership to support corporate and product marketing objectives and maintain a consistent BRANDT digital presence.

The Digital Media Manager will report to the Senior Marketing Director, North America.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate on annual marketing plans and develop digital strategies that support overall corporate and product marketing objectives.
  • Stay up to date on digital trends, tools and platforms to identify opportunities that support the companyโ€™s marketing and communication efforts.
  • Keep all BRANDT websitesโ€”and sister company websites as assignedโ€”up to date using various CMS platforms.
  • Support and maintain BRANDT mobile applications, app content management systems, and related digital platform accounts.
  • Manage and execute digital marketing projects across web, video, social media, digital advertising and related platforms.
  • Generate content ideas and develop digital content as required.
  • Understand SEO optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-division, international and sales-team partners to ensure consistent presentation of BRANDT across all digital media channels.
  • Work with external marketing and digital agencies as needed, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Support digital advertising and analytics efforts across multiple platforms.
  • Other related duties as assigned, including working with other BRANDT-related companies on their marketing needs.
  • Maintain a high degree of personal integrity and professionalism while representing the company.

Required Competencies

While this is not a new media production job, the applicant should be able to code, build and launch basic websites using off-the-shelf CMS tools. BRANDT, and especially our sister companies, can have some unsophisticated websites, catering to basic B2B audiences. The applicant needs to be able to build and maintain these sites in-house.

Work Environment

Professional office environment with some off-site/outside field content related tasks.

Classification/Expected Hours of Employment

This position is a full-time position and is exempt from minimum wage and overtime pay requirements under federal and all applicable state or local laws. Days and hours of work are generally 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with some extended hours needed as seasonal demands and projects may vary.

Travel

This position does include minimal travel, including overnights.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field. Ag degree or experience is a bonus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications or related field preferred.
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience managing social media and digital advertising platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google Ads and related platforms.
  • Experience with website analytics and reporting tools preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software preferred.
  • At least rudimentary understanding of current AI tools and platforms. Deeper understanding a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Video and media equipment operation skills preferred.
  • FAA Part 107 drone certification or experience operating drones for photo and video content is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy.
