Job description

About the role

This role executes and manages digital media campaigns across display, video, connected TV, audio, native, and emerging channels, ensuring buys are launched accurately and aligned with approved media plans and business objectives. The position translates media strategies into platform-specific buying tactics by selecting audiences, inventory, and optimization approaches that drive effective performance and support channel best practices. It continuously monitors pacing, delivery, spend, and campaign results, troubleshoots technical or tracking issues, and partners with internal teams and external vendors to improve execution and resolve challenges quickly. The job also analyzes performance data to generate actionable insights, supports measurement and attribution efforts, evaluates new platforms and technologies, and contributes to stronger processes, operational efficiency, and the development of junior team members.

About You

  • You have hands-on experience executing campaigns in digital platforms and/or programmatic DSPs.
  • You are a strategic thinker and understand how media planning informs buying, and you’re eager to own campaign execution from start to finish.
  • You’re comfortable pulling, interpreting, and communicating performance data — transforming analytics into actionable insights.
  • You have an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and thrive on managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • You’re an excellent communicator and collaborator across multiple departments and teams.
  • You stay current on trends, tools, and best practices across digital, programmatic, and performance media.
  • You enjoy mentoring others and helping improve processes that drive efficiency and results.

What you'll do

  • Execute and manage digital media campaigns across channels — Build, launch, and manage digital media buys across display, video, connected TV (CTV), audio, native, and emerging formats, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and aligned with approved media plans.
  • Translate media plans into effective buying strategies — Implement platform-specific tactics, audience strategies, inventory selections, and optimization approaches that support campaign objectives, channel best practices, and performance goals.
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot campaign performance — Manage pacing, delivery, spend, and performance throughout the campaign lifecycle; identify opportunities to improve results; and proactively resolve delivery, tracking, and technical issues in partnership with internal teams and vendors.
  • Analyze results and provide actionable insights — Gather, interpret, and synthesize performance data from ad servers, DSPs, analytics platforms, and other measurement tools to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend strategies that improve future campaign performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and media partnerships — Coordinate with media vendors, DSPs, and technology partners; negotiate media placements and insertion orders; evaluate partner capabilities; and recommend solutions that support campaign objectives.
  • Support measurement and attribution initiatives — Partner with analytics, operations, and media teams to ensure accurate campaign tracking, measurement, attribution, and reporting methodologies.
  • Evaluate emerging platforms and opportunities — Assist in testing new audiences, technologies, inventory sources, and media formats while monitoring industry trends, automation opportunities, and evolving privacy considerations.
  • Support process improvement and digital media buying best practices — Contribute to workflow enhancements, buying best practices, operational efficiencies, and documentation standards that improve campaign execution and team performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members — Share knowledge, provide training, and assist in the development of less experienced team members, interns, and peers to promote consistency and professional growth within the team.
