General Summary
We're looking for a TikTok Shop & Social Media Coordinator who's passionate about creator culture, affiliate marketing, and all things TikTok. This role will focus primarily on managing and expanding our TikTok Shop Affiliate Program (approximately 60-70% of your time), while also supporting our broader social media strategy across key platforms.
You'll report directly to the Brand Marketing Director and collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to drive affiliate growth, engagement, and brand visibility. Essential Job Functions
  • Manage and grow PSD's TikTok Shop Affiliate Program - identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with affiliate partners and creators.
  • Coordinate product seeding and gifting strategies for affiliates and influencers to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance, growth, and engagement metrics to inform strategy and optimize results.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Schedule, post, and monitor content across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and additional platforms.
  • Support influencer outreach and collaboration efforts on non-TikTok platforms.
  • Partner with the creative team to align affiliate and social content with brand messaging and aesthetics.
  • Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and new tools, recommending innovative ways to grow reach and engagement.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong ability to identify and resolve problems with initiative and creativity.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with a sense of urgency for deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams, both domestic and international.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; familiarity with Full Circle, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for brand storytelling, social content, and community engagement.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Required Education and Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or affiliate programs.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, affiliate marketing platforms, and social media trends.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain creator relationships and drive measurable results.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Genuine interest in pop culture, fashion, and digital marketing.
  • Experience with social scheduling or analytics tools.
