SUMMARY/POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, publishing, and optimizing email, social media, and digital marketing campaigns to support Inspiration Ministries' core initiatives. This role involves managing audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking using platforms such as HubSpot, Meta, and OptinMonster. The coordinator will optimize campaign timing, monitor key performance indicators, and maintain sender reputation while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.


Additionally, the role supports SEO, paid advertising efforts, and website content management to enhance engagement and visibility. The coordinator collaborates with the Director of Digital Initiatives to align marketing strategies with brand storytelling and ministry objectives, ensuring all efforts reflect Christian values and the organization's mission.


Digital Marketing

Email, Social, and Digital Marketing

  • Schedule and publish email, social media, and digital marketing campaigns to promote core ministry initiatives using platforms like HubSpot, Meta, and OptinMonster.
  • Support audience segmentation and A/B testing to optimize engagement and campaign performance.
  • Optimize send times and frequency to improve deliverability and engagement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement metrics using tools like Google Postmaster Tools, MXToolbox, and SenderScore.
  • Maintain IP and domain reputation by monitoring blacklists and addressing any deliverability issues.
  • Assist in implementing digital strategies to expand the audience through lead magnets, website sign-ups, and other growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Digital Initiatives to ensure cohesive messaging and brand storytelling.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with the organization's brand voice, Christian values, and mission.
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and other relevant regulations while applying best practices for email deliverability and user experience.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to improve content and campaign effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Content & SEO

  • Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, including content updates and search ranking monitoring.
  • Maintain and update core ministry websites to ensure high-quality user engagement and experience.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to website content.
  • Manage, optimize, and ingest video content for web platforms.
  • Edit and repurpose content for various ministry digital properties.
  • Maintain metadata, CTAs, and keywords to improve search visibility and engagement.
  • Identify and report website issues, bugs, and inconsistencies while ensuring marketing alignment and quality assurance (QA).
  • Apply SEO/SEM best practices to optimize content pages.
  • Ensure website content aligns with current marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in marketing, digital media, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Interest and experience in digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Must be a Christian and align with Inspiration Ministries' Statement of Faith.
