The Digital Media Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive patient acquisition, and increase engagement across all online platforms. This role manages social media, website content, digital advertising, email marketing, reputation management, and promotional campaigns while ensuring all marketing initiatives reflect the clinic's luxury brand image.
Working closely with clinic leadership, providers, and the operations team, the Digital Media Marketing Coordinator creates compelling content, analyzes campaign performance, and identifies opportunities to increase patient bookings, membership sales, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, patient acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos that showcase treatments, providers, patient experiences, and clinic culture.
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns for services, memberships, seasonal offers, product launches, and special events.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Meta and Google Ads, while monitoring performance and optimizing results.
  • Maintain and update the clinic website, email marketing campaigns, and online content to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor marketing analytics, social media engagement, website traffic, and lead generation to measure campaign success and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, community outreach initiatives, and in-clinic events to enhance brand visibility and patient engagement.
  • Manage the clinic's online reputation by monitoring reviews and supporting strategies to strengthen patient satisfaction and brand credibility.
  • Collaborate with providers and leadership to create educational, promotional, and patient-focused marketing materials while staying current on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Experience managing business social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong photography and videography skills, including editing for social media.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
