Job Details – Location: Miami, FL 33166 | Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year.

Univista Insurance is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic authority on digital marketing channels and execution. The role requires deep expertise, guidance, and advisory support to drive digital strategy, optimize channel performance, and ensure technical and strategic excellence across key digital initiatives. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager works cross‑functionally with marketing leadership, operations, and technology teams to identify solutions, define best practices, and improve digital outcomes.

Digital Strategy & Architecture
  • Define the enterprise digital marketing strategy across all channels, establishing where we play, how we win, and priorities.
  • Build the digital roadmap: channel mix, budget allocation framework, testing agenda, and performance targets aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Establish the digital playbook, channel standards, and governance model for the marketing team and franchise network.
  • Identify whitespace and competitive opportunities across the digital landscape and propose forward‑looking recommendations to CMO and senior leadership.
Channel Ownership & Performance
  • Own strategy and performance accountability across SEO, SEM/paid search, paid social, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Manage and optimize paid media investment with full ownership of CPL, CAC, and marketing‑attributed growth.
  • Oversee SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on‑page optimization, local and national search, and content‑driven organic growth.
  • Lead marketing automation architecture, including lead nurturing, trigger‑based campaigns, segmentation, and CRM integration.
Performance Intelligence
  • Own the digital performance reporting framework: dashboards, attribution models, and executive‑level reporting linking digital activity to business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous experimentation culture through structured A/B testing and channel optimization across all digital properties.
  • Translate performance data into strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
Standards & Governance
  • Develop and enforce digital best practices, channel playbooks, and quality standards across the organization.
  • Partner with compliance and legal to ensure all digital marketing activity meets regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new platforms, tools, and technologies to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
Qualifications & Credentials
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of direct digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, marketing automation, or similar).
  • Deep expertise in at least one major digital channel or platform.
  • Proven track record of improving digital performance and driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, advertising platforms, marketing automation software, etc.).
  • Ability to think strategically while managing tactical details.
  • Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Desired Experience
  • Experience in regulated industries (insurance, financial services, etc.).
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements for digital marketing.
  • Experience leading digital transformation or channel optimization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodology.
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) – a plus.
