Triumph Hotels operates six distinctive boutique hotels across New York City. From traditional luxury and graceful elegance to downtown chic, each property offers a unique guest experience shaped by the character of its neighborhood and the architectural heritage of the city.
Triumph Hotels is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive direct revenue growth through performance marketing, digital acquisition, paid media, website optimization, and analytics. Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial Strategy, this role is responsible for activating and optimizing digital marketing programs that increase brand visibility, guest acquisition, direct bookings, and overall portfolio profitability.
The Digital Marketing Manager serves as the organization's subject matter expert for digital marketing performance, audience targeting, attribution, and conversion optimization. Working in close partnership with the Marketing Associate, this role translates brand campaigns, social media initiatives, promotional offers, and content strategies into high-performing digital marketing programs across paid, owned, and emerging channels. Together, these roles ensure alignment between brand objectives, guest engagement, and commercial performance.
This role serves as the organization's subject matter expert for digital marketing performance and provides actionable insights that improve guest acquisition, engagement, and direct booking results.
The Digital Marketing Manager partners closely with the Marketing Associate to activate brand campaigns, promotional initiatives, social media content, and audience engagement strategies across paid and owned digital channels. Together, these roles ensure alignment between brand objectives, guest engagement, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Acquisition
  • Own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, display advertising, retargeting, and emerging channels.
  • Manage media budgets and optimize ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
  • Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility and direct booking performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply insights across campaigns and website content.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Metasearch Management
  • Manage hotel metasearch programs including Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, and other hotel metasearch platforms.
  • Optimize bidding strategies and channel performance to maximize direct bookings and return on investment.
  • Display & Programmatic Advertising
  • Manage display, retargeting, and programmatic advertising campaigns to increase awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Emerging Digital Channels
  • Evaluate and test new digital acquisition channels, media opportunities, and marketing technologies.
  • Recommend innovative strategies to improve guest acquisition and direct revenue performance
  • OTA Displacement
  • Develop initiatives that increase direct bookings and reduce reliance on third-party distribution channels.

Website & Conversion Optimization
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and booking funnel effectiveness.
  • Partner with website vendors and internal stakeholders to improve conversion rates and direct revenue.
  • Conduct A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey enhancements.
  • Partner with the Marketing Associate to develop audience segmentation, CRM initiatives, and first-party data strategies that improve guest acquisition, retention, and direct booking performance.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Serve as the primary owner of digital marketing analytics and attribution reporting.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, and other platforms to generate actionable insights.
  • Provide recommendations based on user behavior, channel performance, and conversion trends.

Social Media Advertising & Campaign Management
  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage audience targeting, segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
  • Create campaign briefs and partner with the Marketing Associate to translate brand initiatives into high-performing social campaigns.
  • Optimize campaign performance based on engagement, reach, conversion, and revenue objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creative, messaging, audience segments, and offers.
  • Monitor social media advertising trends and identify new opportunities for guest acquisition and direct bookings.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.

Support hotel openings, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and portfolio-wide marketing initiatives through paid social activation.
Marketing Platforms & Digital Infrastructure
  • Manage relationships with digital vendors and technology partners supporting marketing performance and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate attribution, tracking, and measurement across all digital channels.
  • Administer digital marketing platforms, advertising accounts, analytics tools, tag management systems, and conversion tracking technologies.
  • Develop annual digital media plans and forecast channel investments to support commercial objectives and maximize return on marketing investment.
  • Provide ongoing performance insights and recommendations to improve creative effectiveness, audience targeting, landing page performance, and campaign conversion rates.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital advertising platforms.
