Purpose of the Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Learning & Project Coordinator to support the design and development of course materials for AVANT Academy. In this role, you will plan, script, and review video-first learning modules that will be produced in our Chicago studio. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our learning content, ensuring it resonates with diverse audiences, drives measurable learning outcomes, and reflects the AVANT brand.


Employees located in the Greater Chicagoland Area or Dallas/Frisco area are currently expected to work from the office 1 day per week; however, this is subject to change.


Essential Functions:

Develop engaging, multimodal course content, including storyboards, scripts, and supporting materials.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and creative teams to design content aligned with learning objectives.

Work within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and create SCORM-compliant content to ensure accessibility and scalability.

Utilize AI-powered tools to design innovative learning experiences.

Maintain and develop the team's standard operating procedures and document asset status using project management tools.

Adapt to both qualitative and quantitative feedback and work collaboratively with a team of creative thinkers.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Catalog and organize existing and new learning-related media, ensuring it is easily accessible to the whole team.


Requirements

Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or digital learning.

Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and assets involving multiple team members.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in SCORM content creation and working within LMS platforms.

Demonstrated success in team collaboration and independent work with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with video-first, mobile-first, and multimodal learning modalities and AI-powered education tools is a plus.
