What's in it for you:

The Digital Factory Engineer will work with the corporate Digital Factory Advanced Concepts and Capabilities team to develop and deploy the latest factory modeling and simulation processes across our 45+ global factories and distribution centers. Responsibilities include learning to use leading edge factory modeling and simulation applications, developing standard work procedures and training material, managing pilot projects to validate processes, and supporting deployment projects in our global factories. You will experience a broad range of opportunities and engagement working with our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Product Engineering, and Plant Operations functional groups in support of a Model Based Enterprise initiative.

What you will do:

In this role you will:

  • Evaluate and learn to apply leading edge factory modeling and simulation application for the enterprise.
  • Test and pilot the process workstreams in collaboration with our manufacturing and operations teams.
  • Develop, document, and deploy standard operating procedures and training material to our manufacturing plants.
  • Provide process and application coaching to end users and support the management of application issues and resolutions with our SW application partners.
  • Support ongoing scan and screen opportunities to identify the latest Digital Factory capabilities and technologies.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience learning software applications and developing standard work for deployment to end users.
  • Knowledge in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process or systems analysis.
  • Programming fundamentals combined with application problem-solving, debugging, and testing.
  • Quick learning mindset, effective using documentation and technology to seek knowledge, and asks clear, well-structured technical questions.

$65,200.00 - $93,660.00
