The Digital Enablement Specialist plays a role in accelerating our digital transformation by contributing to key enablement efforts across internal teams and customer-facing initiatives.

This individual provides guidance to sales, product, and branch teams, while also engaging directly with customers to promote and onboard digital solutions. The Digital Enablement Specialist supports the continuous improvement of digital tools by collecting user feedback, analyzing adoption data, and helping implement regional go-to-market approaches.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

·        Implement enablement initiatives for internal teams and customers by creating training sessions, assisting with impactful presentations, and onboarding of key accounts.

·        Execute regional go-to-market strategies for digital products, aligning efforts with Caterpillar’s global direction while adapting plans to fit Warren CAT’s local customer needs.

·        Act as a resource on Warren CAT’s digital tools, offering guidance to team members and customers.

·        Gather and interpret feedback from customers and employees to help identify patterns and suggest improvements for product functionality and user experience.

·        Contribute to sales and growth projects by supporting efforts to increase digital channel adoption, attract new customers, and expand solution usage.

·        Maintain strong relationships with Caterpillar and key accounts, contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and improving Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance.

·        Other duties as assigned.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

·        Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, along with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

·        Proven experience in digital product enablement, customer success, or sales support, preferably in a heavy equipment, construction, or industrial services environment.

·        Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering to technical and non-technical audiences.

·        Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

·        Understanding of digital transformation trends, customer behavior, and change management principles.

·        Experience with Caterpillar systems and platforms (e.g., VisionLink, Parts.Cat.Com, SIS2.0) is a plus.
