  • Coordinate responses to digital/social issues in line with communications, legal, and risk protocols.
  • Manage publishing workflows with strong quality control, autonomy, and accountability.

  • Support external and internal social media governance, policies, and guidelines to enable confident, responsible use of channels.
  • Provide guidance and training to promote consistent and compliant digital practices.
  • Manage Legal, Medical, Regulatory (LMR) review processes for timely approvals.
  • Act as a resource on digital standards, balancing governance with practicality.

Project, Vendor & Cross-Functional Management
  • Manage digital communications projects end-to-end across vendors, agencies, and teams.
  • Support intake and prioritization of digital requests by clarifying scope, sequencing work against capacity, and surfacing risks or tradeoffs as needed.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear execution plans and drive collaboration.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor channel performance, engagement, and brand health to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Share insights to refine content mix, cadence, and channel strategy as measurement practices mature.

Tools & Platforms
  • Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social, Airtable/Monday.com, Copilot, Canva, SharePoint, and Viva Engage (experience with similar tools welcome).
  • Tool-specific experience is less important than strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, PR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital or corporate communications with hands-on responsibility managing digital channels.
  • Experience working across external and internal channels (e.g., websites, social media, intranet), ideally in regulated environments.

  • Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and comfort working in a growing and an evolving function within clear strategic direction and leadership support.
