Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Communications Associate to develop and manage content across a range of digital channels. Responsibilities span writing and editing for web, email, and print, with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication. The ideal candidate brings strong writing instincts, solid organizational habits, and the ability to thrive under deadline pressure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, write, and edit news content for distribution via the company website and email channels
  • Partner with the web team to publish and update news items on the organization's site
  • Provide on-the-ground support for live event newsletters and social media coverage as needed
  • Write and edit content for print publications and other communications materials
  • Develop and oversee weekly e-newsletter content, including coordination with external vendors


Qualifications:

  • 3โ€“5+ years of experience in a professional digital communications or marketing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of CRM platforms, Canva, Hootsuite, or WordPress is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required
