Pay Range – $47 - $52 hourly on W2

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Digital Asset Manager to support creative content production for the Store.
 
Description
You’ll be joining a dynamic digital production environment, collaborating directly with developers, and overseeing the intake and approval of hundreds of assets submitted for promotional use across Client Devices.
The Promotional Artwork Team is a key partner in the  Store ecosystem and works closely with Editorial, Production, Design, Video, Project Management, Business Affairs, Business Management, and Marketing teams to coordinate and deliver engaging promotions to our customers.
 
This role is for someone who has a proven track record of asset management, exercises the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality, and operates with urgency and composure under pressure.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the developer asset lifecycle from initial request to reviews, approvals, handoff and archiving
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, overseeing and managing developer communications
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate details and clear communication
  • Receive and organize the digital assets into the Digital Asset Management platform
  • Assess assets for policy compliance, technical specifications, and creative brief alignment
  • Escalate assets requiring Business Affairs clearances
  • Maintain trackers, ensuring accuracy of statuses, notes, and linked resources
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Asset Manager
  • Ability to foster and maintain valuable one-on-one relationships with Developers
  • Experience with large-scale creative production or promotional artwork management
  • Proven ability to manage large volumes of creative assets across their lifecycle
  • Keen eye for detail and familiarity with digital asset specifications, design concepts, terminology, and style guides
  • Experience working with raster images, video, 2D/3D graphics, and audio files
  • Track record of being highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in DAM systems, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Airtable
  • Proven record of partnership and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excels at being self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven with a creative problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows, with a proactive approach to integrating emerging technologies to improve production efficiency and creative output
  • Deep understanding and passion for technology, apps, and games on the Store
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Creative Agency experience is a plus
  • Experience with Store and familiarity with games and apps
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
