You will partner closely with FDAM's investment, risk, data science, and strategist teams to shape product design, investment approaches, and client positioning. You will drive the design, development, implementation, and ongoing management of FDAM's product lineup, including product structure selection, pricing, competitive differentiation, client segmentation, and the articulation of investment use cases across channels.
Additionally, you will incorporate strong data analytics into the product development and monitoring process.
The Value You Deliver
  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for FDAM's digital asset investment products, including defining product goals, target segments, and competitive positioning.

Incorporate these insights into product design, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Communications & Collaboration: Effectively communicate product plans, priorities, and results to internal stakeholders. Work closely with the AM Product Group to ensure alignment across the broader Fidelity platform. Collaborate with legal, risk, compliance, operations, distribution, and technology partners to launch and support new products.
  • Thought Leadership: Partner with investment, risk, data science, and strategist teams to enhance product narratives, investment content, and thought leadership supporting advisor and client education.
  • Performance Tracking and Analytics: Establish and evaluate KPIs measuring product adoption, flows, liquidity (where applicable), performance drivers, and client usage. Leverage both traditional analytics and AI-supported insights to enhance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously iterate on FDAM's offering set, enhancing existing products based on market dynamics, client feedback, fund performance, competitive shifts, and emerging technologies.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset or wealth management, with significant exposure to alternative investment products and complex vehicle structuring.
  • Proven experience launching and managing products across mutual funds, ETFs, index products, model portfolios, SMAs, private funds, and institutional vehicles.
  • Demonstrated understanding of product design, index methodology, secondary market considerations, and structural mechanics associated with alternative and institutional products.
