THE JOB:
The Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics Manager plays a critical role in turning complex digital data into clear, actionable insights that drive growth across MGM Resorts International's portfolio of iconic brands. This role leads data storytelling across digital marketing platforms, focusing on channel performance, attribution modeling, media spend effectiveness, A/B testing, customer engagement, and booking behaviors. Your work will directly influence strategy, optimization, and investment decisions across MGM's digital ecosystem.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Partner cross-functionally to analyze and present strategic insights from digital marketing campaigns and growth initiatives, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Query and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends in campaign performance, attribution, A/B testing, and digital customer behavior.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, establishing best practices for measurement, digital engagement analysis, and reporting accuracy.
  • Prioritize initiatives and build roadmaps for measurement, tagging, testing, and experimentation to deepen understanding of customer engagement drivers.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI and Adobe dashboards that deliver real-time insights into campaign performance and cross-channel attribution.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on digital media measurement across platforms and partner ecosystems.
  • Support the development of standardized methodologies and governance to improve media spend effectiveness across brands and business units.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer critical business questions and explain trends or anomalies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of prior relevant professional experience required
  • Experience writing and executing code (e.g., SQL, Python, Azure Databricks)
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to assess financial and business impact
  • Proven ability to identify problems quickly and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Strong understanding of digital traffic drivers, data visualization, and analytical problem-solving
  • Ability to think critically, anticipate challenges, and identify tools or resources needed to succeed
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and quality
