The Role

adMarketplace is seeking a Director of Advertiser Sales to drive strategic partnerships with leading brands. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies with Fortune 500 advertisers, expanding adMarketplace’s footprint across key verticals, and delivering measurable growth.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Advertiser Sales, this leader will build high-impact client relationships, unlock new revenue opportunities, and position adMarketplace as a trusted performance media partner.

This is an opportunity to work directly with senior marketers to deliver next generation media solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Strategic Revenue Growth: Identify new opportunities to expand adMarketplace’s presence and revenue across key verticals i.e., E-commerce (big box), Retail, Travel, CPG, Telco, QSRs, Auto

  • Build Executive-Level Partnerships: Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across agencies and brands, aligning adMarketplace solutions to their business objectives and marketing strategies.

  • Own Sales Cycles: Manage complex sales processes from prospecting through close, navigating large organizations and multiple stakeholders to secure high-value partnerships.

  • Deliver Consultative Media Solutions: Partner with clients to understand their marketing objectives, budgets, and measurement frameworks, delivering tailored solutions that drive performance and ROAS.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams—including marketing, client success, and product—to deliver successful campaigns and long-term client growth.

  • Represent adMarketplace in Market: Act as a brand ambassador for adMarketplace, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.

  • Drive Thoughtful Client Strategy: Conduct deep client and industry research to craft compelling outreach, proposals, and presentations that resonate with senior marketing stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Sales Leadership & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree with 8–10+ years as a top performer in digital media sales or AdTech

    • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building long-term partnerships

  • Industry Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of agency structures and advertiser buying dynamics

    • Experience selling performance media, adtech platforms, or digital marketing solutions

  • Complex Media Sales Experience:

*Compensation Range: $150,000 - $180,000 + Commission & Equity

Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs.
