Diamond Path Counseling is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. • Provide personalized therapy strategies tailored to meet the needs of each client, conducting comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including group therapy, family therapy, and individual counseling sessions, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.
• Maintain accurate and updated clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and treatment strategies to improve outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions to stay informed of the latest trends and research in mental health.

You will primarily serve individuals and families from diverse backgrounds facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and substance use challenges. A commitment to promoting health equity and addressing barriers faced by underserved populations is crucial to our mission.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, showcasing your ability to effectively engage and support clients in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the formation of rapport with a diverse client base.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team, contributing to integrated client care.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other technologies to streamline documentation and patient communication.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with community resources and referral systems.
• Prior involvement in advocacy or outreach initiatives that promote mental health awareness and access to care.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, determined by your caseload and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, you will have access to a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage. Support with billing and documentation will also be provided to minimize your administrative workload, allowing you to concentrate on your clients' needs.
