About CH Premier Jewelers:

CH Premier Jewelers is the quintessential jewelry and watch retailer in the California Bay Area's Silicon Valley. We bring an extensive and unrivaled selection of haute horology timepieces, fine jewelry, bridal selection, and gifts & accessories, while providing a welcoming and comfortable shopping experience in Westfield Valley Fair and Stanford Shopping Center locations.

Jeweler Responsibilities:

  • Conduct repairs and servicing on jewelry and timepieces, including setting stone diamonds, polishing jewelry, replacing watch batteries, and changing straps
  • Adhere to CH Premier’s servicing procedures and quality standards. Inspect all assigned servicing for defects and escalate as appropriate.
  • Communicate with store management on service status, issues, and concerns.
  • Work safely at all times by following corporate and safety procedures required at your work station. Promptly report all incidents and safety issues to management.
  • Maintain tools, metals, parts, and scrap materials in a secure and clean environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years jeweler or jewelry manufacturing experience.
  • Significant experience with performing and troubleshooting jewelry repairs on diverse materials (e.g., platinum, yellow gold, white gold) and gemstones/diamonds
  • Strong technical knowledge of polishing and setting jewelry manufacturing techniques, including laser welding and torch soldering
  • Must meet or exceed productivity standards
  • Proficiency in most technical aspects of jewelry and stone work
  • Weekends and holidays required
