As a Jeweler's Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our skilled jewelers and providing exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and passion for the jewelry industry will be key to ensuring the highest quality of our products and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties
• Jewelry Care and Maintenance: Clean, polish, and maintain jewelry pieces to ensure they are in optimal condition.
• Ring Sizing: Assist in resizing rings under the supervision of a skilled jeweler.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with purchases.
• Inventory Management: Help maintain inventory levels and organization.
• General Shop Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Any other duties as assigned
