This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with our clients and team. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with potential flexibility to meet the needs of patients. You will be equipped with advanced telehealth technologies to deliver effective care in a virtual environment, enabling you to reach clients who may face barriers to traditional in-person therapy.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other applicable modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintaining meticulous, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Engaging in collaborative team meetings with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance the quality of care provided.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with the knowledge to foster recovery.
• Staying updated on the latest research in mental health, continually integrating new insights into your practice.

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population suffering from a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will help guide them on their journey to recovery, providing support and interventions tailored to their individual needs. By fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship, you’ll empower clients to overcome hurdles and promote lasting change in their lives.

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients and effective collaboration with team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities to develop and adapt treatment strategies for optimal patient outcomes.
