• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation compliant with regulatory standards, reflecting the progress and strategy of each client’s treatment.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools as guided by our clinical team to measure and enhance client outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that cater to individual client's needs.
• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation activities to uphold organizational integrity and adherence to standards.
• Establish strong communication channels with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners.
• Foster relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies, enhancing service visibility while exploring potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Engage in professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings to stay current within the field.
• Promote and incorporate the agency's mission, values, and principles into daily practice, reinforcing our commitment to holistic care.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring the flexibility to respond to the evolving needs of the organization.

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health counseling to a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing emotional health challenges to those requiring substance use recovery support. Counselors will work with clients from various backgrounds, including adolescents and adults, ensuring a nuanced approach that respects each individual’s unique journey toward wellness.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is essential.
• Possession of a valid, independent LMHC license to practice.
• Ability to utilize a client-centered approach and demonstrate empathy and resilience in challenging situations.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
