• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' current mental health status and emotional conditions.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs, preferences, and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual counseling, family therapy, and group therapy sessions to facilitate healing and growth.
• Consistently track clients' progress towards their treatment objectives, making necessary adjustments to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Deliver crisis intervention services as required, ensuring immediate and impactful support for clients in distress.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records in accordance with all legal and ethical standards.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Diamond Grove, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who may be dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Our clinic prioritizes client welfare, focusing on creating individualized care plans that respect each client's unique background and preferences, ultimately fostering a safe and adaptable therapeutic space.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a keen ability to identify clients' mental health needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach, demonstrating genuine dedication to client well-being.

At Diamond Grove Behavioral Health Center, we offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, reflecting your skills and experience. Additional benefits include:
