Attic Angel Community is a retirement community based out of Middleton that provides high-quality services in a caring and personalized atmosphere that respects dignity, encourages independence, and enhances the quality of life of each resident.
Job Summary:
Attic Angel Place is seeking an experienced AM Resident Services Supervisor to lead our daytime care team, support nursing and management, and ensure exceptional resident care in a senior living environment.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday - 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with weekend and on-call rotation 6x/yr.
What You'll Do:
  • Supervise, train, and coach Resident Services Assistants
  • Assist with daily staffing and scheduling needs
  • Ensure resident care follows Individual Service Plans (ISP)
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to RN/Administrator
  • Report incidents per DHS and Attic Angel guidelines
  • Complete RN-delegated tasks and accurate EMR documentation
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a hospitality focus

What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • CNA preferred with 5+ years senior living experience
  • Completion of CBRF courses (including Medication Administration)
  • Knowledge of DHS 83 & 89 regulations
  • CPR certification (or obtain within 90 days)
