Behavioral Aide (1099 Contractor)

Community Resource Counseling Group (CRCG)

Locations: Bibb, Houston & Baldwin Counties, ย Atlanta, Georgia

Make a Difference in the Lives of Children and Families

Community Resource Counseling Group (CRCG) is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Behavioral Aides to provide in-home and community-based support services to children and families involved with the Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS).

If you are passionate about helping families, enjoy working independently, and want a flexible schedule, weโ€™d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one behavioral support to children and adolescents.
  • Implement individualized behavioral interventions.
  • Teach coping, communication, and life skills.
  • Supervise visits and community activities as assigned.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate with Case Managers and the CRCG clinical team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred).
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, or families.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driverโ€™s license and current auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass required background screenings and meet DHS contractor requirements.
