Home‑Based Clinician within our Youth and Family Services team for a family-centered treatment program. This position will provide intensive, home-based services to families. Thorough knowledge and background in family dynamics, child development, and intervention with family and community systems are essential.
What You'll Do- Provide home‑based screenings, assessments, and therapeutic services for children ages 0-17, with a focus on infants and toddlers (0-3).
- Deliver short‑term counseling (individual, family, and group) using trauma‑informed, relationship‑based approaches.
- Help families access essential community resources (housing, medical care, transportation, financial supports).
- Coordinate care with schools, DHS, courts, and community partners.
- Support families in achieving developmental milestones and maintaining stability in the home.
What You Need- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
- Michigan licensure (LLP, LLPC, LPC, LLMSW, LMSW, LMFT)
- Knowledge of child development, attachment, trauma, and family systems
- Valid Michigan driver's license
Pay & Benefits- Salary: $59,469-$77,182 based on licensure & experience
