Project Name: Continuous Improvement - Agile Testing, Release Management and Operations
Overview: Our team is responsible for the continuous improvement of the lean agile operating model and delivery teams to optimize Strategic Platform Team's effectiveness of executing on agile principles with a focus on Testing, DevOps and Release Management. The team develops and tracks process performance measures, identifies and implements process requirements, drives process improvements and adoption of Best Practices.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and understand technology improvement opportunities to design and implement better ways on how we work
  • Champion change in a complex environment to consistently improve quality, speed, productivity, maturity, and cost
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to define unified processes, tools and metrics
  • Maintains and applies a broad and current industry perspective on technology trends/opportunities, and leading practices
  • Design and document best in class tools and technology
  • Drive adoption of agile practices across entire delivery organization to speed delivery of value to customers, business & stakeholders.
  • Leverage agile metrics to identify gap trends, persistent pain point, adoption barriers and roadblocks and customize adoption to ensure successful execution

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
  • Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
  • Experience in managing improvement and transformations, tool changes, and Agile methodology
