  • Build, maintain, and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
  • Improve and support Kubernetes-based production and pre-production environments.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of internal deployment platforms and engineering workflows.
  • Optimize application environments, including staging and ephemeral environments, for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and Ansible.

  • Support automation initiatives that reduce manual operational work and improve delivery speed.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience and software delivery processes.
  • Take ownership of technical decisions, infrastructure improvements, and operational outcomes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong DevOps or Platform Engineering experience, excellent automation skills, and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a similar infrastructure-focused role.
  • Strong Go (Golang) development skills with experience building production services, tools, or platform components.
  • Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes environments in production.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and experience with GitLab CI/CD or similar tools.
  • Solid Linux administration skills and experience managing production systems.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Familiarity with observability solutions including Grafana, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, ELK, or OpenSearch.
  • Strong understanding of modern DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and software delivery lifecycles.
  • Ability to take ownership, make technical decisions, and drive improvements independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional, remote teams.
  • Fluent Russian communication skills and intermediate English proficiency (B1 or higher).
Benefits:
  • Fully remote, full-time work opportunity.
  • 28 calendar days of annual vacation.
  • 7 additional wellness days per year for personal needs and recovery.
  • Performance bonuses of up to $5,000 for successful employee referrals.
  • 50% reimbursement for professional training, conferences, and industry events.
  • Corporate discounts for English language courses.
  • Health benefits, including reimbursement support for medical insurance or healthcare expenses where applicable.
  • Workplace support, including equipment provision or reimbursement for home office and coworking expenses.
  • Access to a workplace setup budget of up to $1,000 gross every three years, depending on location.
  • Internal recognition and rewards program with opportunities to exchange bonuses for merchandise, team activities, and wellness benefits.
