This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - React / .NET / AWS based in Netherlands.

This is an opportunity for an experienced full-stack engineer to build and support scalable, cloud-based applications.
You will work across modern front-end and back-end technologies, combining React, .NET, C#, REST APIs, and AWS serverless services.
The role offers broad ownership across application design, development, architecture, testing, deployment, and production support.
You will help deliver reliable, production-grade web applications designed for scale and performance.
Working closely with product and engineering teams, you will contribute technical expertise throughout the software development lifecycle.
The environment values modern engineering practices, strong collaboration, thoughtful problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
This role is well suited to a senior engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality cloud solutions.

Accountabilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, .NET, and C#.

  • Develop, maintain, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to support reliable application functionality.
  • Contribute to application architecture, technical design, and decisions that support scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and uphold strong standards for code quality, testing, security, and maintainability.
  • Develop automated tests and contribute to CI/CD practices that improve development and deployment reliability.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues while providing ongoing production support for cloud-based applications.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and other technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, engineering practices, and application architecture.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in full-stack application development.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with React and modern front-end development.
  • Strong professional experience with .NET, C#, and REST APIs, including backend service development and API integration.
  • Practical experience developing and integrating AWS Lambda serverless services.
  • Proven ability to design and develop scalable, production-grade web applications.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, API integration patterns, cloud development, and distributed application concepts.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern software engineering practices.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and contribute effectively within a remote engineering environment.
