Job description

Start your journey as a Development Operations Analyst! You will help design, implement, build, deploy, and manage configuration for Epicor products and infrastructure. We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

What you will be doing:

  • Design, automate, and test application and infrastructure code deployments across all environments.
  • Monitor metrics and consult with peers for feedback during testing stages.
  • Build, maintain, and monitor application and infrastructure configuration standards.
  • Manage day-to-day administration of projects and CI/CD tools with the team.
  • Document and design various processes, updating existing ones as needed.
  • Improve infrastructure and application development.
  • Follow all best practices and procedures established by the company.
  • Aid support team managing production escalations.

What you will likely bring:

  • 3+ years' applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to complete and maintain basic work and project records.
  • Strong debugging skills and basic scripting skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
