Development Operations Engineer Level 3, Clearance Required - TS/SCI w/Polygraph
Please note, this position requires all candidates to currently possess an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance with a Polygraph.This position is not an opportunity to be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance.
The Program:
This program delivers Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) solutions to modernize and enhance Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) systems in support of evolving mission requirements. The team is responsible for the full system lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, procurement, systems integration, testing, cybersecurity, field deployment, training, operations, sustainment, and technical support.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A current Top-Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph is required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science is required. Four (4) years' experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Two (2) years of experience may be substituted with a Master's of Science in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Twelve (12) years' experience with software and system deployments, Linux system administration, containerization, cloud deployments, and DevSecOps is required.
  • Recent experience within the last three (3) years in Kubernetes.
  • Recent experience within the last three (3) years in cluster orchestration.
  • Recent experience within the last three (3) years in containerization.
  • Must be available for 24/7 call-in support for operational system critical discrepancies.
  • Must be willing to travel for information system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Polygraph date must be within the last seven (7) years.
  • Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant certification (i.e., Security+) AND CCNA certification is required.

As a Development Operations Engineer, You Will:
Responsible for system administration, maintenance, upgrades, installation, test, integration, and configuration of VLP/LF/MF/HF/VHF/UHF/Wireless SIGINT survey, collection and geo-location systems and software to include prototypes, development, operational testing, test, and labs systems and products.
  • Perform network services from network design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of existing networks.
  • Provide LAN/CAN/WAN administration.
  • Work with both Arista and Cisco network devices.
  • Configure and optimize the network to connect various front-end and back-end components.
  • Design solutions, integrate, configure, deploy, test, and provide ongoing maintenance for numerous types of network devices.
  • Provide strong Linux (RHEL/CentOS) administration and troubleshooting, with proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash.
  • Build and maintain pipelines with tools like Jenkins or GitLab, and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Ansible or Terraform.
  • Provide hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience for software deployment, managing and configuring Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
  • Manage and monitor hybrid cloud/virtualized environments.
  • Travel as needed for information system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Annual Salary: $233,000-$315,000 paid bi-weekly.
