They're currently seeking a technically skilled and proactive SRE to join the strategy enablement group. This individual will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency, uptime, and resilience of the trading infrastructure, while serving as a key liaison between trading and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues in proprietary trading software and infrastructure
• Provide timely updates and resolution details to end users during incidents
• Monitor systems in real-time, preemptively identifying bottlenecks and degradation
• Maintain high availability of core applications during market hours
• Design and implement automation tools to streamline operational workflows
• Investigate and analyze system behavior to uncover root causes of performance anomalies
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver enhancements that boost stability, throughput, and reliability

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in production support, site reliability, or infrastructure operations in low-latency or high-availability environments
• Strong scripting capabilities in Python and Bash
• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in a production setting
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus), and working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases like SQL and MongoDB
• Experience with Linux operating systems such as CentOS, RHEL, or Rocky Linux is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Analytical, curious, and highly motivated with a keen interest in engineering and systems
• Excellent communicator who thrives in team-driven environments
