From Fatherless to Fearless is a Cincinnati, Ohio based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting teen girls experiencing strained or absent father relationships. Founded in 2016, the organization has impacted more than 2,000 young women primarily across Ohio.
Committed to strengthening mental, emotional, and financial well-being, From Fatherless to Fearless delivers its impact through their signature B.R.I.D.G.E. program, conferences, and life-enrichment initiatives. THE OPPORTUNITY
From Fatherless to Fearless is experiencing a period of growth in outreach and programming efforts. This is an exciting time for a Development Manager to join the team and contribute to an organization dedicated to transforming lives.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development Manager will play a critical role in growing and strengthening the organization's donor base. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives on cultivating and building connections with donors and expanding fundraising pipelines. It offers the opportunity to manage donor relationships while contributing to a mission.
This is a part-time position offering flexibility within a 24-hour work week in the Cincinnati area.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Donor Development & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors and supporters
  • Conduct outreach and donor visits to strengthen relationships
  • Represent the organization at community events to educate, build awareness

Pipeline & Database Management
  • Grow and maintain the donor pipeline
  • Track donor activity in the organization's CRM system
  • Provide consistent communication with donors

Fundraising and Engagement
  • Support individual giving efforts and donor growth
  • Support fundraising events and engagement activities
  • Collaborate with leadership on practical strategies to strengthen donor engagement and retention
  • Identify and submit 8-12 grant submissions per year

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Three or more years of experience in fundraising, development, or related field
  • Proven donor cultivation experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with donor databases/CRM systems

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
From Fatherless to Fearless is offering a pay rate of $27-29 per hour based on experience. This is a part-time, non-exempt role with a 24-hour work week.
