This position requires someone who can seamlessly move between high-level strategic thinking and detailed operational execution, while managing multiple high impact workstreams simultaneously.
| WHAT YOU GET TO DO
  • Serve as a key member of the Corporate Development & Investor Relations team supporting strategic growth initiatives, fundraising activities, and partnership development across the organization.

  • Act as a primary interface between Slate and external stakeholders including investors, financial institutions, strategic partners, consultants, and transaction teams.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally to drive alignment, collaboration, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Support leadership in identifying risks, prioritization needs, escalation items, and opportunities impacting strategic and operational objectives.

  • Successfully supporting fundraising activities and strategic transactions from preparation through execution.

  • Building strong working relationships with investors, advisors, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Driving strategic initiatives that result in meaningful partnerships and long-term value creation for Slate.

  • Delivering high-quality financial, operational, and strategic analysis that supports executive decision-making.

  • Managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and execution quality.

  • Operating as a trusted partner to executive leadership and helping drive organizational alignment across functions.

  • Creating scalable processes and frameworks that improve efficiency, visibility, and execution across Corporate Development activities.

|WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
  • 8+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Investor Relations, Strategy, Private Equity, Management Consulting, or related strategic business functions.

  • Experience supporting fundraising activities, strategic transactions, partnership development, or complex cross-functional initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and business evaluation skills.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels, including executive leadership, Board members, investors, and external partners.
