We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and logistics, with exceptional communication and time-management skills. As an Event Coordinator at Captura Hall, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venues, vendors, schedules, and resources

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements

  • Assist in budget management and track expenses to ensure cost-efficiency

  • Prepare detailed event timelines, checklists, and reports

  • Conduct site visits and manage on-site event operations

  • Ensure events comply with health, safety, and legal regulations

  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during planning or execution phases

  • Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences

Qualifications
