Position: Director of Rehab

Location: Kennebunk, ME, United States

Pay: $40-$50 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday-Friday

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehab to join our team in Kennebunk, Maine. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the rehabilitation department at our facility. As the Director of Rehab, you will work closely with our team of therapists and support staff to provide quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for patients based on their individual needs and goals

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the rehabilitation department

- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine the appropriate course of treatment for patients

- Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

- Manage and mentor a team of therapists and support staff

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policies

- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive care for patients

- Participate in continuing education and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in rehabilitation techniques and technology

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy
