Position Summary
The Sales Leader Development Intern will partner with the Global Sales organization to support strategic initiatives focused on sales leader leadership development, Brand Representative activation, learning effectiveness, and field capability building.
Working closely with the Sr. Director, Global Sales Leader Learning & Development, this role will contribute to the design, evaluation, and optimization of scalable learning and development experiences that support sales leader productivity, engagement, retention, and organizational growth.
This internship is designed to provide exposure to leadership strategy, sales enablement, learning innovation, and global transformation initiatives within a dynamic direct selling environment. The intern will contribute to business-critical projects through analysis, strategic recommendations, content development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Learning & Development Initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic projects focused on Nu Skin's sales leader development, onboarding, field activation, and learner engagement.
  • Support the development and refinement of scalable learning systems, leadership pathways, and activation experiences.
  • Assist in evaluating learning effectiveness and identifying opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, and business impact.
Business Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze learning participation, activation, engagement, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, summaries, and executive presentation materials that support strategic decision-making.
  • Support measurement of key business and learning metrics related to activation, retention, field engagement, and leader development.
  • Provide recommendations to improve learner experience, field readiness, and operational effectiveness.
Program Design & Field Experience
  • Partner on initiatives that enhance Brand Representative onboarding and leadership development experiences.
  • Support development of learner journeys, field resources, communication strategies, and capability-building tools.
  • Contribute to programs, process improvements, and innovation initiatives related to field development and activation.
  • Gather and synthesize field feedback and stakeholder insights to support continuous improvement efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Global Sales, Marketing, Technology, and regional stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in planning sessions, project meetings, and development workshops.
  • Support alignment of learning initiatives with sales priorities, field engagement strategies, and organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to special projects and transformation initiatives across the Global Sales organization.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas: Business Administration, Instructional Design, Marketing or Brand Management, Strategy, Operations, or General Management, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Or other relevant fields
  • Graduate-level candidates preferred, but qualified undergraduate candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
  • Ability to synthesize information and develop thoughtful recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
