All student interns will be trained in one of these roles using Agile & Scrum project management methods to ensure adaptability and collaboration. Assist in workforce training programs, helping businesses and individuals access employment resources.

Support small business growth by identifying grants, funding opportunities, and economic incentives.

Research workforce trends and help develop strategies to improve employment opportunities.

2. Community Outreach & Event Planning

Organize bi-weekly community marketplace events, recruiting small businesses to showcase products and services.

Assist in fundraising campaigns, ensuring a portion of vendor sales supports workforce and community programs.

Develop workshops and training programs to educate individuals on economic sustainability.

3. Grant Writing & Economic Development

Research and draft grant proposals to secure funding for workforce training and community programs.

Collaborate with government and corporate partners to expand job training initiatives.

4. Sustainable Housing & Infrastructure Development
