Job Summary:
We are seeking a Software Developer to join a collaborative development team supporting and enhancing critical business applications. This role is ideal for an early-career to mid-level developer who possesses strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to continuously learn new technologies.
While experience with PowerBuilder is a plus, we are primarily looking for developers with solid software engineering fundamentals, strong SQL skills, excellent communication abilities, and the aptitude to quickly learn and contribute in a dynamic environment.
This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced developers, product owners, and QA professionals in a hybrid Agile development environment while gaining exposure to both modern and legacy technologies.
What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, test, and support business-critical software applications.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and independently investigate root causes.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, QA resources, and fellow developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Work with both existing legacy applications and modern development technologies.
  • Document technical solutions, development approaches, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
Required Qualifications
  • 0-5 years of software development experience.
  • Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and object-oriented programming concepts.

  • Experience working with relational databases.
