We are seeking an Application Development Analyst to join our team. Job Description:

The Application Development Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the modernization of financial systems as part of a large-scale transformation initiative. The Application Development Analyst will work on re-engineering and upgrading over 1,500 computing assets impacted by the transition to a modern financial management system.

The Application Development Analyst will collaborate with multiple departments to analyze existing systems, define remediation strategies, and design scalable solutions aligned with modern architecture and cloud-first policies. This role requires deep technical expertise in both legacy and modern systems.

The Application Development Analyst will also contribute to development, testing, and integration activities while ensuring alignment between enterprise financial systems and new platforms. Additionally, the Application Development Analyst will act as a mentor and technical leader, guiding teams and supporting cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed analysis of existing systems and define remediation or modernization strategies (10+ years)

  • Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using .NET technologies (15+ years)
