Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, exceptional organizational skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

This role requires an individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities, support management personnel, coordinate office activities, prepare reports, and maintain efficient office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
  • Create, maintain, and update company forms, documents, and spreadsheets.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Coordinate office functions, meetings, and company events.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Assist with project documentation and administrative support for construction operations.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Ensure office procedures and records are organized and maintained accurately.
  • Support onboarding and administrative processes for employees.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
