Job Description: Software Developer I (OnSite)

We are looking for a seasoned Software Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in writing code, testing, and deploying technical solutions, as well as modifying software to rectify errors, enhance performance, or upgrade interfaces. We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate "outside the box" thinking, and a preliminary phone interview will precede any face-to-face interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the product management team to assess, interpret, and translate project requirements into deliverable products within established guidelines and timeline milestones.
Enhanced capacity for creative problem-solving, with a dedicated emphasis on both problem identification and the formulation of effective solutions.
Work closely with internal teams on software system design and maintenance, ensuring flawless service delivery and the prompt resolution of inquiries or concerns.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of all client data in accordance with company policies and HIPAA requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field required, master's degree preferred.
Full-stack development expertise with a solid understanding of software engineering concepts.
Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, C#, CSS, Java, PHP programming languages, as well as XML.
Ability to confidently write SQL statements and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of object-oriented language concepts.
Self-initiative and strong sense of ownership.
Capable of completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities.

This position requires being onsite in Plano, TX.
