Position Overview
Triage Partners is seeking an experienced Software Developer I to maintain and enhance our proprietary software applications. This is a remote position supporting our Tampa, FL office.
This role combines software development with application support. You will develop new features, troubleshoot issues, and provide direct technical support to approximately 400 field technicians through support tickets and phone calls.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance applications built with C#, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Blazor.
  • Develop new features based on business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot software defects, performance issues, and mobile application problems.
  • Provide technical support to approximately 400 field technicians through tickets and phone calls.
  • Follow up with users and walk them through troubleshooting and application issues.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with users of varying technical abilities.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design, and development best practices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
  • Optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of C#/.NET development experience.
  • 3+ years of ASP.NET MVC experience.
  • 3-5 years of Microsoft SQL Server experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Patient, energetic, and service-oriented with a genuine desire to help users.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting issues over the phone and guiding users through solutions.
  • Must be open to using AI-assisted development tools.
  • Git experience is a plus.
