Job description

Senior Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in-office preferred)

Experience Required: 8–10 Years

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for configuring, customizing, developing, and maintaining the Salesforce platform. The role requires hands‑on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including Lightning development, process automation, security management, reporting, and deployment activities. The candidate will work closely with Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery teams to design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions while ensuring platform stability, security, and compliance. The individual will support end‑to‑end delivery, including requirements gathering, development, UAT coordination, production deployment, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, customize, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Record Pages.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and Approval Processes.
  • Manage Salesforce security using Profiles, Permission Sets, Organization‑Wide Defaults (OWD), and Sharing Rules.
  • Support reporting, deployment, and release management activities.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
  • Provide ongoing application support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and business teams.
  • Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance.
