Enhanced capacity for creative problem-solving, with a dedicated emphasis on both problem identification and the formulation of effective solutions.
Work closely with internal teams on software system design and maintenance, ensuring flawless service delivery and the prompt resolution of inquiries or concerns.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of all client data in accordance with company policies and HIPAA requirements.

At TBX, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field required, master's degree preferred.
