Job description

Job Summary:
Staff Perm is an Award Winning and Certified Small Business Enterprise utilizing a staff with over 20 years of staffing and placement experience. They are seeking a Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience cloud to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions while ensuring high-quality and secure implementations.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service and Experience clouds
• Strong in interpreting business requirement and documenting it for writing strong technical stories
• Developed Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura components, and custom CSS.
• Implement synchronous and asynchronous processes including Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled jobs.
• Design and maintain Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules for business process automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Apply platform security standards, enforce governance limits, and ensure adherence to best practices for data, code, and integration security.
• Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and troubleshooting complex integration scenarios.
• Optimize Salesforce performance and maintain scalability while ensuring compliance with Salesforce limits and security standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4–6 years of Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
• 2+ year development experience in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft integrations, external APIs, and synchronous/asynchronous processes.
• Expertise in Flows, platform automation, batch processing, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, governance limits, and platform best practices.
• Experience in implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
