Job Summary:
Diverse Lynx is a company focused on providing IT solutions, and they are seeking a Desktop Support professional. The role involves coordinating communications between software/hardware vendors and end users to resolve desktop technical issues, as well as performing maintenance of desktop applications and hardware systems.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Deploy PCโ€™s and all peripherals as requested.
โ€ข Test connectivity and functionality of installed devices
โ€ข Provide timely and accurate support to the all desktop users
โ€ข Trouble shoot and resolve user issues
โ€ข Escalate issues as needed
โ€ข Request Assistance from other IT Departments as needed
โ€ข Assist other IT Departments as requested
โ€ข Gather end user requirements
โ€ข Gather and compile information from vendors, business owners, and / or other IT staff, as assigned.
โ€ข Follow Established policies, procedures, and documentation guidelines
โ€ข Performs other duties as required.
โ€ข Develop and maintain security procedures.
โ€ข Complies with health and safety requirements and with regulatory agencies such as DPH, etc.
โ€ข Complies with established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
โ€ข Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed.
โ€ข Regular, reliable and predicable attendance is required.
