Job description

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to support and maintain core enterprise infrastructure in Phoenix, Arizona. This role focuses on keeping server and desktop environments stable, secure, and efficient while providing dependable technical support across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Microsoft-based systems, directory services, endpoint platforms, and virtualization or remote access technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies, access controls, and directory health.
• Support Microsoft Windows Server environments by monitoring performance, applying updates, and resolving system issues to ensure reliable operations.
• Manage Windows 10 endpoints across the organization, including configuration, troubleshooting, software deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide technical support for Dell hardware platforms by diagnosing equipment problems, coordinating repairs, and helping optimize device performance.
• Oversee Citrix environments to maintain secure remote access, consistent application delivery, and a dependable user experience.
• Investigate infrastructure incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruption and prevent repeat issues.
• Maintain system security through patch management, account administration, and adherence to established operational standards.
• Document configurations, support procedures, and environment changes to improve continuity and streamline future troubleshooting.• Hands-on experience administering Active Directory in a business environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency supporting and managing Microsoft Windows 10 desktop systems.
• Experience working with Dell enterprise or end-user hardware platforms.
• Familiarity with Citrix technologies for application delivery or remote desktop access.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues across servers, endpoints, and user access systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
