The mission of this full-time position is to provide exceptional support to our Advisors, Assistants, and Staff. The Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting and evolving a modern Microsoft 365-based environment, with a focus on cloud-first identity, security, and endpoint management. The Systems Administrator will play a key role in our ongoing transition from hybrid infrastructure to a fully cloud-managed environment over the next 3–5 years. This includes driving improvements in automation, security posture, and end-user experience across the organization.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ability to assess technology needs/requirements and develop solutions to effectively meet them.
  • Assist with maintaining security solutions including Microsoft Defender suite and email protection
  • Support and manage endpoints via Microsoft Intune (device compliance, app deployment, policy enforcement
  •  Administer and support Microsoft 365 (E5) environment including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid identity environments.
  • Assist with identity and access management, including Conditional Access, MFA, and security best practices.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Advisors, Assistants, and Staff, while serving as an escalation resource for more complex technical issues.
  • Develop automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Ability to come up to speed with new technologies quickly.
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs.

  • Education, Training & Experience:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent.
  • 4 years of experience providing network and computer support services to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Products, A+, Net+, Sec+ (preferred)
  •  Experience working with Microsoft technologies including Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 product
  • Experience with virtualization technologies including Hyper-V and cloud infrastructure concepts.
  • Experience in infrastructure or cloud projects in an MSP or enterprise environment (preferred)
  • Microsoft Intune administration (preferred)
  • Microsoft Entra ID administration (preferred)
  • Automation, PowerShell, or scripting experience (preferred)
  • SaaS administration (preferred)
