Overview

At NuAxis Innovations, Technology is our Passion. People are our Purpose. We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Support Technician to support a distributed IT environment, delivering exceptional customer experience (CX) to end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

  • Support Windows 10/11 and macOS environments

  • Manage tickets using tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent

  • Perform Active Directory tasks (user creation, password resets, group management)

  • Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

  • Assist with device imaging (PXE), deployments, and upgrades

  • Provide support for VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issues

  • Maintain asset inventory and assist with hardware lifecycle management

  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of IT Help Desk / Desktop Support experience

  • CompTIA A+ (or equivalent)

  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools

Preferred

  • ITIL Foundation

  • Experience with MDM tools (Intune, MaaS360, JAMF)
