Engagement Description
This role supports enterprise endpoint and virtual desktop platforms, with primary responsibility for Windows client systems, virtual desktops, and Microsoft Intune–managed environments. The resource will partner with Client Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to implement configuration changes, remediate audit and vulnerability findings, support platform upgrades, and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues. Work includes executing change‐managed remediation, supporting pilot and production rollouts, and ensuring endpoint compliance with security, patching, and configuration standards across physical and virtual devices.
Top 3 Required Skills / Experience
1. Windows endpoint engineering experience (Windows 11, system configuration, troubleshooting, patching)
2. Microsoft Intune / endpoint management (policies, compliance, remediation, deployments)
3. Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) experience, preferably VMware Horizon, AVD, and / or Win365
Required Skills / Experience
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows client operating systems in an enterprise environment
• Hands‐on experience with Microsoft Intune and Group Policy
• PowerShell scripting for endpoint automation and remediation
• Familiarity with endpoint security concepts, including endpoint protection and audit‐driven remediation
• Experience executing change‐managed activities and participating in pilot and production deployments

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

• Experience supporting VDI environments (VMware Horizon, AVD, and / or Win365 preferred)
• Experience working in regulated or audit‐driven environments
Education / Certifications

• Microsoft endpoint or Windows‐related certifications (preferred but not required)
